Carlos Rene Castro graduated in August 2025 with a Master of Mass Communication from Arizona State University. In 2022, he earned his bachelor’s degree in digital journalism from California State University, Fresno. During his time at Fresno State, Carlos served as editor of The Collegian, the university’s student-run newspaper. Carlos plans to pursue a career in government communications, focusing on a transit-oriented field. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
